We met her and discussed our requirements and she went to work immediately finding properties that fit our criteria. She had a good understanding of our needs and the upper west side market. She was very accommodating to our several trips into the city until we found the perfect property. Eighteen short months later, when our situation changed and we needed to sell the property, there was no question who we needed to call. She met me in the city and a set a strategy to sell our property. She priced the property to get the most views which I thought was lower than where the market was for our property, but I trusted her judgment.
